We’ve been at the window watching this baby making its first steps outside, and when it has grown up enough to leave its parents, we adopted it developing and launching our first Magento based store with Tera Manufacturing.

It has really been a phenomenal year for open source e-commerce! Magento has come to life as a stand out product in the eCommerce world. With well over 425,000 downloads Magento is the fastest growing ecommerce platform on the market. Over 165 extensions have already been published by the Magento community, and Magento continues to expand through members contributions. From payment extensions to translations and 3rd party integrations, Magento Connect’s future is looking bright.
